Lock upgrade

Bought the console vault as a factory accessory when I bought my truck new. The dial lock was not ideal and I ended up leaving it unlocked most of the time. I bought the keypad lock and had it installed in about 15 minutes. With the keypad, it's always locked and takes seconds to open up. Huge upgrade, love it!

Works as it should, but.......

Lock works great and fits perfect but received a used/ returned lock. no film on the face, had scratches/ scuffs but was packaged properly. After calling a few times and leaving a message I received no call back or anything. Now I have nice new truck with ceramic coating, PPF where needed and a new to me scratched digital lock face.
